About The Company
History: We have been doing land subdivisions since 1977. There have been dozens of projects ranging in size from 13 - 569 acres and our reputation is excellent. Prospective buyers are treated honestly and respectfully. We are the Green family, Jim, Nancy and sons Jim Jr. and Mark. Our son Jim has completely managed all of our projects since 1995. He knows every lot intimately and will meet, tour, discuss and answer questions until you are completely satisfied. He'll make the looking and buying process as easy as possible.
Land Projects: The criteria for our land projects is that the land be exceptionally beautiful and that the homesites be upsize, good proportions and lie nicely for siting homes. Our constant search for appropriate land result in only a small fraction "passing the test" and fulfilling our requirements. And best of all, the land is always competitively priced and the (owner) financing choices exceptional. We do our best to fit your budget.
Home Design: Finding the right land is step one. Building your dream house is the second and we offer exceptional custom home design services. Son Mark has joined Jim's 40+ years of design experience to complete a creative home design team capable of simple consulting solutions or full design development and building plans.
